We are a small town firm primarily practicing in the areas of Real Estate, including residential and commercial loan closings, cash closings, refinances, title searches, and deed preparation; Elder Law, including Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Trusts; Probate Estates, including full estates, small estates, and Year's Allowances; Business Law, including the formation of Corporations and LLCs, preparation of Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Shareholder/Membership Agreements, and Asset Purchases and Stock Purchases; and preparation and review of Contracts.
