While I have recommended Garage Door Express in the past from their quality work and extremely fair pricing, I would use with caution...... This new door is in need of a couple of adjustments... I have been calling and texting for two weeks, and keep getting promise after promise, but he does not show up (He did text me at 12:30 AM one morning asking if I was home however!). He states that he cares, states that he will make the necessary adjustments, gives day and time, but has not shown up. As of yesterday, he no longer responds to calls or texts. I guess the shadiness of my having to pay the wholesale door supplier directly before he could pick the door up should have been a clue of things to come!
