This was our 3rd European tour planned with Joann. We have also booked several European River Cruises with her. Dealing with Jo is so friendly but still very professional. She thinks of all the little details to make a trip memorable. Usually she can meet most ads but if it's a few dollars more, it's worth it for the peace of mind we have.
