I brought my 2000 Cadillac STS to Exclusive for Transmission and Drive Axle Repair. Being that transmissions can be tricky to diagnose much less to work on. I was told the cost would be between $1800 and $2200 due simply to the fact that the torque converter may need repair as well. Which it did. They waived the $25 inspection and worked with me to get the best high quality work at an extreme fair price. I am extremely satisfied with the service and knowledge that Exclusive has to offer. From now on I will bring any of my vehicles to them for repair and would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!!

My friend got a quote for me. The business said 1350 for a transmission rebuild and 25 diagnostics, waved if they do the work. I took my car in. I get there they say 1400-2000 for the rebuild. They also say that torque converters are either rarely or never replaced. They call me the next day with numbers. Minimum 1800, Maximum 2000. They want to replace the torque converter for 300. They charge me 25 for the diagnostics, not telling me anything new.
