I previously had a Carrier Performance unit installed by another AC & Heating company, & was not happy with said unit or the company’s attitude. I called Comfort Temp as I had decided on a Trane XR14 for replacement of the Carrier. It was an awkward situation, as I had to coordinate the previous company’s removal of the Carrier with next day installation of the Trane by Comfort Temp.

Comfort Temp was very professional & accommodating with respect to what was a delicate situation. They sent someone to inspect my setup the day after I called. Even in the middle of a VERY busy season, I was not made to feel like I was imposing. The young men that came out were very polite, & I am extremely pleased with the installation.
