As professional firefighters and paramedics, we saw a need to help seniors live safely at home. We founded a non-medical home care company in 2009 that grew to become one of the largest private duty home care agencies in Michigan – serving over 600 clients since its inception. This invaluable experience was the foundation that led us to invest in a home health agency, 1st Call Home Healthcare. Our mission is to apply the same business philosophy to medical based home care: exceptional customer service and professional, caring staff.
