Took advantage of elderly, over charged, could not explain charges and poor management of employees. Labor charge $117.00/hour. Hours reported that did not work. Charges for excessive equipment.Don't use. They will take you. Wish I'd read reviews before hand.

Do not use.I used them and they over charged me and most of the guys arent properly trained.After confronting the owner about the over charge,he just said he didnt quote me a price,that he could charge me anything...Going to court now....DONT USE SHARP AND WILLIAMS PLUMBING AND HEATING>
