Lost a blouse, and when I called about it they immediately got defensive instead of checking to see it it was left there. Will not use this cleaner again!

I had used this dry cleaner for 5 years when my dress shirts started coming back with holes. After the first two shirts, I notified the business and their entire demeanor changed dramatically from friendly to very coarse,disrespectful, and downright rude. I left without any resolution of the expensive dress shirts. When the third Nautica shirt was returned damaged (at the top of the yoke near the collar), I again went thru a very rude discussion which ended in the older man at the business telling me he does not want me to return and he now refuses all services. In 5 years of patronage, this was my first complaint about service and they now refuse to provide any services. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. If you complain, you will get treated badly in front of any customers and told to take a hike. It may have been a friendly business in 2005 (see other rating), but these folks are rude and you take a great risk in them damaging your clothes.
