Garyville/Mt. Airy Math and Science Magnet School is a public school that has a staff of more than 70 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes a psychologist, diagnostician, counselor, social worker, behavior interventionist, speech therapist, Title I instructional aide and nurse. In addition, it employs special educators, classroom teachers, custodians, and gifted and talented education teachers. Garyville/Mt. Airy Math and Science Magnet School has an annual enrollment of over 595 students in kindergarten through grade eight.
