I think Dr. Helms is very nice and makes going to the dentist less scary. All the assistants are very nice as well they make sure your comfortable and happy. My whole family goes there and they are all treated great!

Dr. Helms is unprofessional and childish.I went to Dr. Helms to get a partial plate. He was very friendly at first, but on our last visit, he literally threw a temper tantrum on me and my wife.At first his assistant came in and asked what was going on. I told her that the partial plate that was made for me didnt fit, the color did not match my other teeth and that they were not the shape of my old teeth. Dr. Helms came in and was agitated and rude. He jammed the plate up into my mouth and made my gum sore. I tried to tell him what was wrong with the plate and he proceeded to throw the plate on the table and said he would order another one. I told him I was not going to put up with this unprofessional behavior and that I wanted my money back for the partial plate.His excuse was that I was rude to his assistant by telling her what was wrong with the partial plate and that I had missed one appointment.I am now without a partial plate and have no idea what expense I will have to
