      Rosebud's is the best floral & gift shop in Moundsville!! Debbie & the other ladies who work there are very sweet and so helpful!! I love this shop!!

      If your looking for the nicest arrangements, and a special gift for someone visit Rosebuds. They have very friendly staff and very beautiful designs. A little something for everyone. They deliver and will make that special someone smile.
