this company installed a heat/air conditioner combo in our house. they placed the unit in another spot than the one we had told them. i was not home when they did this and when i questioned it his immediate response was "i can't change it now" in a very snarky voice. i said i understood that, but now that it was directly at the end of our deck that we had planned to put steps across i was trying to minimize the damage. also there was no cowling or anything with the unit to protect the fins from damage and this side was exposed to the small set of steps we did use till the others could be installed (of course, not now) and the up and down of the dog and all other traffic out to the yard. they could have mentioned something to my husband who was home the whole while, but they didn't. i could tell by the guys voice that he did NOT want to speak to me, and he actually told me he was "busy" when i suggested that i was not altogether happy about the situation. seriously? totally misogynistic. and we get to pay over $5 grand for that.
