Ha--they restore dreams?This company is a nightmare.They lied to our insurance co., charged them for a new bathroom cabinet (we still have our old one!), charged the ins. for a new carpet; they cleaned our old one,and I personally had to go to get a bid for a new cabinet and wasn't reimbursed the fee I paid the other co., etc. I think you get the idea.I have to say, the "tear down" was excellent. but the problem lay where it was "put back together" time. Scratched the washer, sliced the new vinyl floor, and the paint job could have been done by a 2 year-old. We will NEVER, ever have this company on our property again.

In their brochure, the "house" which is shown is from quite a distance, for a good reason.

Before it was settle with the insurance company a man showed up at my door. with a bill..... saying you signed for us to do the work....I received your bill for cabinets, That I did not order.



This whole thing has been a fiasco with your company and the insurance company. I was told that when the whole issue with the insurance company was resolved about tearing out my kitchen before a settlement was agreed on. That I would sit down and pick out all the cabinets, counter tops, flooring and paint and insulation and labor.



Before anything was settled, a very in hurry man showed up without an appointment in a hurry to deliver a door. I explained to him that I would look at what he had but I would not be able to authorize his ordering them until I sat down with JRCC.



He claimed that he would not build or order until I called him.



A month later a delivery van showed up with cabinets that I did not know he ordered.



As you know you have me over the barrel about this because. During all of this I was in Chemo and believed that nothing was going to be done until we all sat down. And the time was right for my family.



I have been sent and hand delivered a bill for 5000.00. And was told I signed a work order. That I was told was just an estimate. And then later told I should of read it. Well considering my ability to read at the time with Graves dieses I took your word.



If the cabinets are 5000.00 , and the insurance company wants to settle with me for

5,629.67, Then I believe that Im pretty much screwed considering the flooring that needs to ripped out and re built the tile and the insulation and the counter tops and labor …. Then you can see how I feel you and the insurance company took advantage of me and will now sue me for 5000.00.



And know one has come and sat down with me to go over anything. They just said sign this ~ this estimate and we will get you taken care of. And we wont do anything until the everything is final and agreed upon.



I trusted you in doing what you told me. That nothing was going to be done until everything was settled. Including the cabinets.



Please tell me what I am going to do with 5000.00 cabinets? I am left with 629.67 for all the other things needed to repair the flood.



I know its all money to your company but to me. I am sitting here with no repairs done because you ordered 5000.00 cabinets and I don’t have enough to pay for the repairs.



I guess I should have waited and not signed a darn document without my lawyer. So unless we figure this out. And come to an arrangement I can not get my damages taken care of. And I cant pay for these cabinets for two reasons :1~I Wont put them up without the kitchen repairs. 2~ where will I store a large order like that until I come up with the funds to pay for the rest of the repairs.

I almost guarantee that any good review about this company was wrote in house. The owner was very rude arrogant and misleading. I requested specific high quality products that i was willing to pay for, the products installed were of low quality and cheap. The restoration from a scale of 1 to 10 was a 3 at best. The crew showed up randomly and had little to no supervision. When I requested of the owner to take a look at the terribleend product he told me he was busy and that he knows the quality of his employees work and that its above his standards. I would NEVER refer this company. After a simple search online i found that Jrcc is being sued by other unhappy customers as well.

This company has been great to work with, I really like their staff. They have being doing my carpet cleaning for years. I also had an unfortunate event with water damage but they took care of that too.

I really like their staff. They have been doing carpet cleaning for me, for a long time. They have also had to do a water damage for me which is not something I want to go through again, but they took care of my house and I was very happy.

These guys do everything. I manage apartments and they have been cleaning the carpets here for probably 15 years at least. Whenever we have had trouble with someone smoking in an apartment they know how to take care of the smell. Not to mention all the water damages we have had over the years. They have definitely taken care of us when these jobs are just to small to turn in to the insurance company. We really appreciate the service they have given us. Thanks JRCC!

This company came out after we had an unfortuneate experience with Charlie's. JRCC went through everything with us when they made an outline of things that needed to be done to put us back together. I felt like they made us a priority. They let us know our part of the process and so we picked out new carpet and trim and they were there when they said they would be. The insurance company was happy that they did the job.
