I have 11 years of experience as a music educator and pianist. I specialize in teaching students of all ages and providing quality and live music for your special event. I have 35 years of experience as a classical, jazz and pop pianist. Along with reading music I also have the skills of playing by ear, and improvising. I use curriculum that is appropriate to each of my students age and ability. I teach a balance of songs that include familiar tunes and also songs that represent a broad selection of historical styles, including classical, jazz and pop. If you have a child with a learning disability, I have experience crafting lessons to meet his or her needs as well.Finally, I take my students beyond technique to musicianship. Music is an art. Throughout my lessons I explain musical concepts and artistry that dont come from books. They come from years of experience as a trained and experience musician. Live music from an experienced and talented musician is an essential part of a memorable event, whether it is a wedding ceremony, reception, or other private event.I am an accomplished pianist available to provide quality, live music for your special events. I am available to provide solo piano for- Weddings- Parties- Corporate and private events- Funerals and memorial servicesI can also provide accompaniment if you have a special person in your life who sings or plays an instrument that you want to include in your event. I have over 20 years experience as a solo pianist and accompanist.My training includes undergrad studies in classical and jazz piano.I have performed classical, jazz, and pop music.at weddings, funerals, and for classical vocal solo and choral concerts.
