I have lived at The Grove now for 3 years and I can honestly say that I would never live anywhere else in town! It's fully furnished, all inclusive utilities, cable and internet, with a washer and dryer. The complex is pretty new too! The only thing that I dont like about The Grove is the fact that there are no balconies with the apartments... but there is air conditioning in the apartments which many places dont have in town.

Being a college student I can't afford furniture for a full apartment. That's why I love how the Grove is fully furnished "college living"! There's tanning, a gym, and I don't have to go to the local laundromat! Plus they take service requests!

I transferred here last year because it was one of the few places that would take pets. Also since I wasnt from the area I needed help finding a roommate, they matched me up with someone and no we arent new best friends but I couldnt ask for a better roommate. The only problem I've had was when my hot water heater went out, but that's from the terrible water in Moscow but it got fix the next day. Over all it's been a pretty good experience.

I have lived here for two years now and absolutely love living here. I am from out of state, so the fact that the apartment is fully furnished was a definitely selling point for me. I definitely take advantage of the free coffee every morning, which saves me probably close to $5.00/day, if not more. The people who work there have always been helpful to me, especially the manager who helped me with my lease. I am sure she was busy but she took the time to help me understand the different parts of the lease. The pool is a great plus to the living situation, especially now that they have cracked down on outsiders coming in. I love being able to relax and enjoy the sun. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish the pool were heated because it is still pretty cold. The other reason is because they have a gate and it is never closed. I guess with a police officer living here there is plenty of security. I have renewed for a third year, and recommend this place to everyone

Horrible construction! You can hear EVERYTHING all of your neighbors are doing from yelling at each other, just talking at normal levels, hitting, having sex and just being idiots! Also, when your neighbor smokes pot, the fumes WILL come into your room whether you like it or not! The management is horrible! They hired someone right out of college with no manger experience and expect them to be the manger of a large apartment complex! That is so wrong! we need someone with experience to handle this place and control the idiots that live here! Nothing ever gets done with the current mangagement! These are only a couple of several problems here! This place is a disaster and is only getting worse. Don't make the mistake of moving here.

Worst management ever! they don't do anything about the unfinished complex! if you are thinking about moving to the grove, DON'T. It isn't worth it. Especially when they overcharge for the rooms!

Well... it's nice to be living in a brand new apartment complex, especially since the rest of them in moscow are pretty gross. BUT for being a new place, the construction is really crappy. I've never had apartment walls and ceiling sound so paper thin! I've lived in many apartments in the last 4 years, some being over 20 years old and some not...but The Grove is by far the worst for sound quality. The Grove is really slow at getting the property finished for the residents...it has been open for about six months now and its still under construction...here is a great example-- after about 5 months, the finally put in the metal stop sign poles at the intersections (there were only 4 posts to put in), but apparently that was to much work for them because it took another 3 weeks to put the actual stop signs up! With that little note, just imagine how they are at handling bigger problems. Finally, I have never seen a bigger group of incompetent residents in my life!
