Love this place! Just got back from my 4th pedi at Ispa. I love the fast attentive service and the relaxing, lovely pedicure. Careful and sweet, the women working there are Vietnamese, but I enjoyed chatting to them a bit. Sometimes one of them couldn't understand me well when I was just making conversation, but we communicated well when we were talking about the pedi, and it was very interesting to get a Vietnamese perspective on thins. I am going back!!

I had a great experience here! Very friendly, got a french manicure which looked BEAUTIFUL!! After a week and a half, one finger was chipped...I called and they fit me right in to fix it for free.

I went here for my 21st birthday hoping for a relaxing experience with my sister. The girl I had was almost impossible to understand and I didn't feel like the pedicure was as long and nice as I usually get elsewhere. She also asked if I wanted a flower on my toes but didn't tell me how much it would cost. Also, during my pedicure she kept asking me if I wanted something else put on my legs (can't remember the name of it) without telling me how much it cost. When I finally gave up trying to understand her I just said "no thanks". My sister was starting to get acrylics, and my tech asked me if I wanted acrylics, I said probably not but it was tempting so I would think about it. When I sat down she started doing acrylics without asking. The whole time I felt like she was just trying to get more money out of me. I also then couldn't use a coupon I had that was for mani/pedi because acrylics are not technically a manicure. It was not relaxing and I will never go again.

Was not a relaxing experience. My pedi was very rushed. My tech's phone rang and he got on the phone while I sat waiting for ten minutes for my pedi to be finished. I had to ask another tech to finish me. From the time I stepped into the "spa" to when I walked out was a total of 30 minutes. My 20 minute spa experience cost me $30. That's a total of $90 bucks an hour! Boy am I in the wrong business. The polish was so think and gummy, 3 hours later I still couldn't put my shoes on. Not impressed at all!!

Very clean (most important!), efficient, and friendly shop. My tech., Jen, was very attentive and professional. Although difficult to understand at times, she did attempt to make conversation as my friend's tech. mostly talked on her phone. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 21 yrs now and for $30 I did expect a little more massage and treatment of the skin (actually had to put lotion on when I got home) but my feet looked great when I left...nail art and all. In fact, It's been 2 months and the nails STILL look great other than some growout and a missing rhinestone. She did offer a "special pedicure" for $10 more (parafin dip) which I declined. Wax feels good and smooths the surface for a little while but my feet are very dry and need more penetrating moisture for longer term effects and healing. That aside, I will definately go back to Jen again. Those massaging spa chairs alone are worth it!

They have awesome massage chairs and the footbath was nice and hot. However, I felt that my pedicure wasn't worth the $30 I paid for it. The girl was talking on her cell phone a good portion of the time and seemed very eager to get out of there. She tried to get me to pay before my nails were done. I looked at my toes, and the polish looked terrible - streaky and thin. It was a very light shade so she should have known to put several coats on. But as soon as I pointed it out she was happy to put more coats on for me. Sure enough, as soon as I paid her, she grabbed her coat and dashed out the door. As far as nail salons go, this place is just okay. I would be more willing to go back if they dropped the cost of the pedi by $10.

My husband and I have both been to the salon a couple of times for manicures and pedicures. The salon is decorated nicely, clean, and the staff very friendly. I had a gel manicure which has lasted over two weeks. No chips, just the nails growing out. Very nice!!!

Very clean! A great change considering the other option for a quick mani or pedi in Moscow. The gals were very friendly. I had gel polish applied and my nails have looked great for a week now, no chips or nicks at all. I will definatley go back!
