I took my computer in for repair and the turn-around time for completion was horrendous. When I got it home I discovered that they had opened my iTunes, downloaded my purchased library, burned a DVD of my entire library of music/movies/tv shows for themselves! Wanting to keep business local I went in for a web design estimate that was less than professional and steeply priced for a small town. They had no experience in HTML5, CSS3 or anything web2.0! I got the clear impression that they'd have to outsource anything beyond the most rudimentary of designs. Their own site is still written in TABLES and their "client list" is far from accurate. I gave them one star because I can't give them zero. Buyer beware!
