It took them a week to fill a prescription. They failed to inform us after 48 hours that they did not have all of the ingredients. When they did get in the ingredients, they stated they were too busy that day to fill the prescription. This was to aid in healing after a surgical procedure. The script was sent in by the doctor's office on Monday morning and we did not get the call until 4:00 PM the following Friday that the script had been filled. No communication whatsoever and a total lackadaisical attitude. Their lax attitude has cost them a customer.
