Designed Cuisine, a division of Catering by Michael s, provides catering services to customers in the greater Chicago area. Designed Cuisine caters to a variety of social events, including galas, buffets, cocktail receptions, dinners and theme parties. It offers buffets for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. It also offers party venues throughout Chicago, including Maxim s, Catalyst Ranch, Red Moon Theatre, Crobar Nightclub, Gurnee Dance Hall, Windy City Field House and Joe s Bar. Designed Cuisine was the recipient of Jean Banchet Award for Excellence in Catering announced in the Chicago Sun-Times in February, 2003. The company, along with Catering by Michael s, is based in Morton Grove, Ill.
