review continued:on a few of my nails she didnt even completely polish them and I could see where the base coat did not cover the entire nail. When I expressed my concern and displeasure she just simply stated that it was the polish. The polish job was so poor it looked like something I could have done myself and not something done by a professional. When I addressed my displeasure the other nail techs began speaking to each other in their native tongue, which really made me uncomfortable. When I stated I wasnt going to pay for services I wasnt happy with, they threatened to call the police, which I thought was a bit much, because not once did they offer to make things better or offer to re-do my nails. In addition, my cousin got her nails done by a male nail tech there and he told her to show me her nails because hers looks better. This is very disturbing that another nail tech is aware that others in the salon are providing poor service, but they continue to let it go on.

On Friday May 17th I went to Wonder Nails to receive nail services for my cousins wedding on May 18th. The quality of service that I received was very poor. I asked for a gel manicure which is supposed to last at least two weeks with no chipping and no dulling, however my nails started chipping the next day. When I told the lady the color I wanted, she came back with the wrong color and tried to convince me that it was the color I requested. When I continued to protest, she went and asked someone and it was indeed the incorrect color, but the color she brought back was in a different bottle than the other gel polishes, which then prompted me to question whether this particular polish was actually a gel polish or regular nail polish. She insisted that it was gel polish but with my nails chipping the next day, Im convinced that it was not. I selected a silver polish and when the nail tech applied the polish it was very streaky and not evenly applied,

This place is horrible! I went in to get a pedicure and a full set ... The lady that did my feet washed my feet put oil on them and was done! So I told them I can wash my own feet... I came here for a pedicure! She the proceeded to half clean my feet then when she did my polish she half did that too! So against my better judgement I continued to get my nails done. When the lady asked me to pay after she put my nails on I asked her if my nails were gonna stay crocked like this and she said yes!!! Really ? So I stopped and paid for it but i will be contacting the owner!
