The service at this location is less than. I had an appointment with a gentleman, Jason, in which he stepped out of the office. I arrived promptly at 8:50a. A young lady greeted me and asked the reason for my visit. I have a recall in which an appointment was made for this day at 9a. Multiple service advisors walked around, no other service advisors helped their teammate to service their customer. I left at 9:30a, called and Jason was available. I informed Jason that I was there at my scheduled time, never received a notification from the service advisors and no acknowledgement of failed service. I have 2 recalls on my vehicle. I would not recommend business or service at this location.

For the past few weeks, I have been trying to hunt down a deal on a truck. I have seen just about everything a shady car dealer can throw at a customer. THIS DEALERSHIP topped it all!
They had a truck listed for $25,899. I live about 6 hours South of their dealership in Florida, so I decided I would make an offer and see if they were interested. My offer? The ENTIRE $25,899, plus tax, tag, whatever. All they had to do was ship it. Immediately had three sales folk blowing up my phone. Decided to do business with a guy named Al. Ole' Al immediately said NO PROBLEM. If you pay MSRP we will gladly ship the vehicle for you to Florida. We do that all the time. Over the hours that followed, Al had me scanning license plates, drivers license, insurance info. He had me tracking down the sales tax for my county. You already know where this is leading. You already know in the end I'm not driving away with this truck. After all of that work. Over an hour of putting together a 'done' deal, Al writes back and tells me 'Nope.' He gives me an inflated price for the vehicle.
He adds that the best they will do now, is give me a full tank of gas, and a $30 gas card for six hour drive back to Florida. FULL PRICE! NO SHIPPING! An hour of my time. And, here I thought I had seen everything.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHADY CAR DEALERS! This only encourages them to continue to rip others off. Awful experience!

Absolutely awful experience. They advertised a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT - Stock #J59316A - I spoke with a sales person to confirm the vehicle was still available and would be ready for my mechanic to inspect it. The salesperson confirmed availability. I traveled to the dealership and after a 20 minute wait - the salesperson brought the "wrong" car to the front. Another 10 minutes went by and they brought out the correct vehicle. My mechanic walked to the car and in two seconds told me - you don't want this car. I was surprised that he judged the car unsuitable so quickly until I saw the "cracked LCD" screen (see photo). The car was in terrible condition and I was furious that the dealer wasted my time with such FALSE advertising. Deliberately misleading - Bait and Switch. No effort to try and make things right. DON'T go to this dealer.

I really want to give this company a (-5). The service department manager (Tim Henderson) is the worst!!!!!!! I bought a brand new car there last year. My check engine light has come on 4x in 6 months. The last 2x after the repairs were made, I still had to bring the car back to that shop because they did not secure parts on the car which has caused more damage to other parts on the car. I was threaten, told a racist comment, and told "I was NOT welcomed back." This business is very unprofessional and they hire incompetent workers.

The Service department is unprofessional and it seems that they hire incompetent workers. I bought a brand new car from there. It has been less than a year and when the check engine light came on, I made an appointment but it took them 3 days b4 they even looked at the car. Once a diagnosis was given, they so called repaired it in 1 day. A week later my car was back at the shop because they did not properly secure my under pan. I asked them about a rental car (which is covered under the warranty); the manager Tim told me NO, and that they would use Zip Ties (like the police uses) was his example. as this was said with a smirk on this face.
The management is horrible, it seems that they don't care about making their customers happy after the purchase of their product. They are more concerned with their profits and bonuses. In my opinion this company deserves a rating of one *, only because of the hardworking service advisors(Reggie) and sales associates(Victor) that work there.

AVOID THE PLACE AT ALL COST!

My experience at this dealership was extremely horrible. The service shop damaged my window while getting an oil change and the service manager BEVAN DOYLE was so rude and nasty that it really disheartened me. As I was telling Bevan Doyle about the damaged he abruptly got up from his chair, walked out of his office in the middle of my sentence, returned to his seat and wrote down a number and directed me to call someone else named Jeff Socha at 678-251-2343. He stated that 'his technicians did not damage my vehicle and that he did not care about my damage and I needed to pay for the damage to be repaired' in a very loud tone.

On top of that, I have purchased three different oil change packages also at this dealership. Unfortunately, They have gone up on their prices on that as well. This dealership used to care about their customers, however, it seems as if that has changed severely.

This dealership used to be great, The customer service was always
amazing for the 3 years i have gone here, however, my thoughts have changed. I will surely be moving to Union City for the remainder of mycar care needs.

Worst car buying experience ever (and I've had many to compare)!!!!! This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. My time with the salesman was no problem but when we started talking about numbers, the deal went bad because of errors made by the manager, Derrick and terms that seemed to change by the minute. Situation was very complicated and the service and level of respect were both absent when dealing with the managers. There was an issue that we weren't made aware of until we called 3 weeks later to check on our trade-in payoff. We had even begun to customize our new vehicle. Our experience was so bad and unprofessional that we returned the vehicle and walked away 3 weeks after signing! When I tried to express my concerns with the higher manager, Tim, the service remained the same. He was short and defended all of his lower manager's lies. Just rude. And one more thing...they lost one of my keys to my trade-in (a value of $600). Warning!!!!!! Do Not Do Business With This Dealership!!! You will regret it.

Worst service ever!

I came in to this service center AT LANDMARK DODGE on Mt. Zion in Morrow Ga. on a Tuesday October 21st, 2014. I was told to make an appointment on the following Thursday on Oct. 23rd, I did make the appointment. I dropped my car off at 8 o'clock a.m. and was told that the diagnostics would be ready by twelve that same afternoon. I received no call at all. I called three times and got no answer about my car. I called a forth times and some guy was desperately trying to sell me a car before he transferred me to the service department. Finally, I got a service guy on the phone that told me that other cars were Pulling up getting service and that's why they had not gotten to my car, even though I had an appointment... I returned to the center at 3pm to find out that no work had been done to my car and no diagnosis at all. I spoke with the manager and the manager told me "that even though I had an appointment, appointments don't necessarily mean that your car would be next on the list". He then said that "appointments only means "reservations". HOWEVER, I wasted a whole day with an alleged "appointment" that Landmark Dodge claims to be really a reservation. If you don't have a life then go to this service center because your time means absolutely nothing to this establishment or their managers and staff.

Landmark gives the best deal to themselves

This past weekend, my spouse and I shopped Landmark for a used car. Our salesman, who admitted to being with the co. for about 10 years was rude at best. The car we were interested in was advertised on the internet, and I had to tell him what that price was, as he was insistent that the correct price was the sticker. After the test drive we went in to crunch numbers, but that never happened. They ran my credit app, saw that I was approved, and prepared the vehicle to e sold. Not once did my spouse or I ever agree that we would be buying this car, especially since price had not been determined. When my spouse addressed the price, our salesman told us, "the price is what it is" and walked us into finance. Sam the finance manager finally discussed numbers with us, and what he gave us in no way, shape, or form, was Landmark's est deal. He tried to stick me with a ridiculous interest rate, then when we questioned him, he tried to beat me up over my credit score, saying that was what I qualified for. He tried to sell me a warrenty and Gap coverage that totaled almost $3,500, clearly all profit for the back of the house due to an outrageous markup. With their outrageous interest rate, warrenty and gap charges, the amount financed would have been almost double the amount of the car. They estimated my monthly payment for a 5 year loan to be $360. We ended up walking, and the saleman help onto my license, never calling to let me know I had left it there. I went to Carmax the very next day, found the EXACT same model $1,000 cheaper, with a great interest rate, and a monthly note of $218, with warrenty and Gap coverage. THEY ARE GREEEDY LIARS!

they would not honor their warranty and give you the run around everytime with every excuse in the book bestfriend before the deal don't know you went you truck breaks down i have 2005 with less than 30k miles on it and caliper went out radio cd player stop working properly and now alternator is out
