I went in to look at cars on 12/29/15 because I needed a new car. My mother is retired with Ford so I was going to use her discount. Well I wasn't approved for a brand new car, but I secured financing for a 2014 Ford Focus. I explained I was going to be putting down 500 that day and 500 in a week which was agreed apon. Then I noticed during signing the papers the price of the car changed, which I disputed. The credit manager came out to explain that he added an additional warranty. I didn't need it bc it came with a warranty with Ford, so I told him to take it off!!! After that things got weird, it went from me changing my insurance like they asked to drive the car home, to the stupid credit manager now saying I needed all the down payment that day! I left upset bc I had to then again change my insurance back to my original car! They wasted 5 hours of my time just bc I didn't want an additional warranty! The salesman was excellent but the credit manager was a jerk! Needless to say they lost my business. I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Ivory Chevrolet with the same down payment option, and what's better is this car is way better with less miles than the focus! Beware of this place!!!

I have previously purchased two new vehicles from other dealerships. The recent purchase of our 2013 Ford Focus

from Alan Vigil Ford was by far my best buying experience to date. From the time we walked in to the dealership, we

were treated with courtesy and the whole experience, from selecting the vehicle to handling the financing, was

enjoyable. Our salesperson, Tommy Lancaster, walked us through the process with professionalism and without the

typical "high pressure" sales pitch we had experienced at other dealerships. He made sure we were taken care of with follow­ up after the sale. I would definitely recommend Tommy Lancaster and Alan Vigil Ford.

Allan Vigil Ford truly went out of there way for me. I am one of those really picky people and I analyze everything. I test drove almost every car on the lot and had to find the right one in the right color. Then I wanted the wheels from a different car so they transferred them for me. I asked them to tint the windows and remove some ugly molding. After I was completely satisfied with the car is when we started the paperwork. They were very patient with me and i couldn't ask for the outcome to be any better.

Allan Vigil Ford has the best cars around. Every time I drive by they always have some special going on and on some of the weekends they have a BBQ. Well one day I stopped by to take a look and everyone was so nice. I have never owned a Ford but this dealer alone has changed my perception on Ford. Allen Vigil Ford really went out of there way for me. I got my car from them about 6 months ago and it was used. I needed a good price so I went with a older car, it wasn’t certified and only had a 30 day guarantee. I started having problems with it and the transmission went out on it last week. I called them and they had it towed in at no cost to me. They had the problem fixed in 2 days. I got a quote on how much it was going to be and it was a pretty penny. My sales men spoke to the service mgr and asked to try and help me out. Just because I purchased the car from them, I was a returning customer and they wanted to try and help me out, they gave me a inhouse rate. The labor droped about 400. Im really happy I went with Allen Vigil and they really do stand behind their work.

I have owned Ford trucks most of my life. I just retired and I don’t think I’ll be needing a truck anymore. I think its more cost efficient to get a car. I went back to the same place I got my last truck, “who shall not be named” and I got terrible service. I was not about to give them anymore of my money so I went to Allan Vigil. It was a little out of my way, but it was well worth the trip. I got full value for my trade and a great price on a Fusion. I cant forget to mention they were very nice, a trait that is very rare these days.

Allen Vigils staff really pulled off the impossible. I was looking for a decent truck but nothing too expensive. I don’t have the best credit, but I do have a nice down payment. I went into a few dealerships and I was turned down at every one of them. When I went to Allen Vigil in Fayetteville they somehow were able to get me approved for a brand new F150. I love my new truck and if not for them I would have it.
