It is a horrible place to live, the staff are unproffessional and useless. The property manage is a joke, a decency should be given to the post. how they are appointed.

Worst housing complex to stay. rental office behavior is unbearable. never think to stay there.

I also have nothing but bugs all over the place. Car windows are always being smashed and stuff being stolen. They wont do anythig about it. U think they would put camera's up NOPE. I asked about it and they do nothing. For over a month at least 15 cars wre broken into in the front and not one thing done about it.

Wellington woods is one of there locations. This is the worse place there is in Morrisville. If you don't mind living with bugs and water bugs then this is the place. I have had to much water damage and nothing done about it. Also forget calling corp bc they dont call back. I have been calling for over a month and no call back. They don't care about you or your belongings. They don't fix the problems all they do is paint over it.
