If there was a lower rating than one star I would choose it. This lab failoed to supply a finished plate for my dental procedure not once, not twice but three times. I guess the fourth time was a charm. As a result I lost a days pay and had a very uncomfortable first few days of vacation. I then wrote a letter of displeasure to the lab and sent it through my dentist to the owner. He never responded. So I called him. He didn't remember any of the facts I outlined in the letter. All he said was there are a lot of people working there and mistakes happen. Never one word of apology for any inconvienence. Never one sound of regret. He was an arogant person that could care less about the satisfaction of the ultimate customer. If you have a chance through your dental provider to know which local lab is performing your work, I would highly recommend avoiding this lab.
