Sagebrush Steakhouse is a restaurant chain that offers casual dining services in a family environment, and its facilities are decorated with Western artifacts and Hollywood memorabilia. It offers various dishes of seafood and chicken, as well as a variety of garden fresh salads and homemade desserts. Sagebrush Steakhouse also offers catering services for various gatherings that include sports events, family reunions, corporate functions, church gatherings, wedding receptions, birthday parties and televised events. The chain opened its first outlet in Hickory, N.C. in 1990 and then expanded throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Its restaurants operate seven days a week and serve lunch and dinner. Sagebrush Steakhouse maintains a location in Morristown, Tenn.
