Ms. Prosper has successfully represented aliens in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and in hearings before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Ms. Prosper's practice consists of all aspects of U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law. Prosper and Rodriguez, LLC, also provides of counsel work to criminal defense attorneys who seek to counsel their clients on the immigration consequences of certain criminal convictions. She is a member of the Bars of NJ & NY. Ricardo J. Rodriguez is a cofounder and partner of Prosper and Rodriguez, LLC. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County for over 15 years. From 1998-2004, Mr. Rodriguez served as a Narcotics Supervisor in the District Attorney's Office of Bronx County, NY. As an Assistant District Attorney, he was assigned to the Major Case/ Housing Task Force where he prosecuted violent crimes committed in Bronx Housing Projects. Mr. Rodriguez has successfully represented clients in felony and misdemeanor matters in New Jersey and New York. Susan B.
