I DO NOT recommend doing business with them. Go to corporate store in Newark instead as you have recourse if there is an issue. With this privately owned business they will not resolve any problems they create, and will NOT issue any refunds. All the two young girls (employees) say is "No". They outright LIE and commit FRAUD. They will not reveal who the owner is and do not try to resolve a problem. Instead they protect him. I only gave them a 1 star rating because it would not allow me to give them zero stars... which is what they deserve. They told me I could upgrade my phone for FREE after rebate. I come to find out after waiting 12 weeks is this is a COMPLETE LIE, NOT TRUE. They charged me $59 for each phone, $20 Upgrade fee and $15 Activation fee. They did not tell me this ahead of charging my credit card and did not provide an itemized receipt. They had me sign on a screen but did not provide details. When I voiced my concern they then said it would all be refunded to me... COMPLETE LIES. Now they don't tell me who the owner is or his phone number. They are deceptive, dishonest and committing FRAUD.
