Vince seemed to be a nice person when he talked to me before I left my car for repairs. He forgot about our appointment and I had to come next day, but I didn’t take it as a sign of a trouble. Unfortunately, I learned later that Vince and Tom don’t really care what their technicians do to your car and they don’t control or inspect the process whatsoever.

I brought my manual transmission Honda Accord 2006 for a clutch replacement. The good thing is the car was still drivable when I got it back, but when I looked under the hood it was clear - technicians in this place hate cars, just hate them.

Every other bolt was lost, all the brackets are either loose or thrown away, wiring harness misplaced, vacuum lines were cut (or broken) and left completely detached in the engine compartment. The line was scratching the front wheel during right turns. Air intake cover was missing and splash guard was ripped off of the car so the broken pieces of plastic are still hanging from the frame. They didn’t bother to install it back. I have never seen such a careless and irresponsible work. I came to this place twice for resolution. First time technician told me that bolts and brackets that Honda installs are not necessary, he knows better. Second time, instead of apology and investigation with his staff Vince used all his “experience” trying to tell me that splash guard fell off by itself and I somehow broken vacuum line… My advice is to stay away from these people. They don’t deserve your money and time.
