This man is a great "salesman" and comes off as a very pleasant person, and very credible, but BEWARE, his pricing is all "estimated" in his head.....he will never tell you or show what the actual costs of the products you are purchasing. You will get overcharged! Also, once he has your business or completes the job.....any follow up calls made to him for his lifetime warranty promise, the "nice" salesman is gone, and you will get short, rude comments like you are "putting him out" to have come come fix his shoddy work. That is the last comment I have......he does the work quickly.....and poorly, and I am sure it would not pass code. The man.....is deceptive, rude and does poor quality work. Buyer beware.

Norm Coon replaced several windows in our house in Jan 2008. He was very professional, friendly and super clean. He covered our new carpet with a tarp and when he was finished, there was not even a sliver of glass or residue from the window replacement outside or inside our house. We are still very pleased with our windows and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to hire an honest professional who gives great service. I just recommended Norm Coon to our daughter and son-in-law for window replacement in their house. I would not use anyone else as long as Norm is in business.
