This company apparently doesn't need the business. We are a global business that needed internet service at a remote office outside Morris. I initially contacted them mid February to request a site survey and finally gave up after my last ignored email I sent in May.

Very poor business! Nobody is available to take your calls. Nobody returns your calls when you get through to them and their internet service is very very poor
