this is a 1st opinion review...the answering machine would be more business-like if it stated a business name instead of sounding like a unknown home/residence message. an alternate phone number, (like a cell phone #, maybe), if no one is able to answer calls during normal daytime business hours. i realize that this is a business in a rural area, but when i called i wasn't sure if i had reached the right place or if i had the correct number. i left a message and i hope that i receive a return call soon, it has already been well over an hour as of right now.....we will see how the rest goes....the longer it takes to return my call .... possibly, the longer it will take to retrieve a towed vehicle and the more the charges and total cost will be!!! hummmmm? i will return for an update as soon as i know more about them as a business. :)
