One of the worst builder to buy a home from. They do not stand behind their workmen ship. Regal homes do not believe in Warrenty work. I moved to Primerose acres .every single person who moved to that development has issue with their homes and the builder is not taking any actions to do the repairs. Poor workmen ship, poor sales office response. I will give -z to regal homes.
