Provided by YPmobileI have worked for the company and shopped there for years. They are wonderful!! They can't give out trials because people LOVE to take advantage of it. Winter is a wonderful manager and she is so helpful. Everyone always had wonderful things to say and have been coming there for over 10 years just because of her and her employees. Our lunch breaks were an hour because it was mandatory and still is due to home office telling us we had too. Which means we have to close the store down so people wouldn't come in and think we were open and stand around wanting on us. We put up our lunch sings to let everyone know when we would be back. Unless there were two of us working (which was rare) then we would take turns. I loved having my customers come back year after year. I will miss them all!!

Provided by YP.comThey don't keep the contacts in stock. My son lost his contacts, and we were in dire need of some. When I called Winter answered the phone, with an unconcerned attitude. Said she was going to call me back to see if she can help. Never called, so I called back and she told me that they don't give out temporary contacts while you wait for your order to come in. She was also rude too. I went to SamsClub, they were in stock and I was not made to feel ashamed for losing contacts. This establishment is very unprofessional. Winter claimed it was the Doctor that said no temp contacts to be given to the patients. Doesn't Sears have a policy that should be followed??? One other time I went in and there was no one at the counter, waited for almost an hour. Finally after being at the Mall over an hour and half waiting I left and came back., I asked the Manager if someone was there. Winter was the receptionist found shopping in the Mall, during her working hours! That was the first bad sign, should have gone elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in Morgantown to choose from and you won't have to wait for Winter to finish her own shopping first before taking care of paying customers.
