They've lost 3 pieces. 1st one they claimed nothing gets lost. 2nd one wasa toddler suit jacket (there b/c they had to reclean it) - found after quite a wait. 3rd one was a 2-pc. suit. I went to pick it up 2 days before a job interview &they couldn't find it. I explain it wasn't a dept. store suit but rather purchased at Daniel's and Kathleen assures me its ok to buy another suit per the owner. When my wife calls again a week later in hopes that they found it to save me the hassle of shopping & fitting, Marty says to give him another week (what!?). 2 weeks later the suit isn't found & we buy another but Marty insists his seamstress does the altering. The seamstress can't lower the collar so we must go 2 places for alterations. Kathleen assures us reimbursement for the suit will be immediate &he'll call us. After multiple calls & visits to the shop over an 8-week period, we'vegotten excuses but no reimbursement. Next step is small claims court.
