This place has horrible customer service. It took 10 weeks to get my vehicle back when I was originally told it would take 4 weeks. I got my vehicle back only to be told that they didn't even order all the necessary parts but thankfully it didn't affect the ability to drive the vehicle. It got extremely tiring constantly hearing "it will be another week or 2." I made a huge mistake taking my vehicle to this place.

The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I was initially told I would get my vehicle back in 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks passed I was constantly told that it would be "another week or 2." Finally after nearly 10 weeks I get it back but of course some parts were missing because they failed to order them. Thankfully the missing parts did not affect the drive-ability of the vehicle. I wouldn't take a Matchbox car to this shop.
