Reviews
In regard to the Morganton Tractor supply it is now a no go. I went there several weeks ago and was going to purchase play sand. Theres was aproximately $2.00 more than Lowes, tried to do a price match. The manager actually refused to do a price match after the cashier called Lowes and got the exact price. There were several customers standing in line as the manager stood in front of my cart. The manager was very disrespectful and showed no professionalism. I called the Regional manager and all he wanted to do was have the store send me a coupon or gift card. But he did not seem to lean towards any type of disciplinary action. Excuses but no action. Small town company with NO small town feel. Definately not customer oriented. Although the Regional manager did make a effort as far as offering a gift card, NOONE should be disrespected as a customer. If a customer is being rude I understand but for a manager to just show ignorance is completely wrong, no matter who you are.
