Today on Saturday, I visited a local Smart Cuts location in Morganton Heights Shopping Center. I was shocked when I first entered about 11:20 am, and NO one "greeted" me or asked me anything. I waited for about 45 minutes, and watched other customers get "called" to get service, while I sat obviously waiting for a haircut. After waiting about an hour, I walked out, and drove to the opposite side if the shopping center, where I walked into Great Clips, and within 5 minutes, I received service, and got a haircut. I was totally " shocked" at the lack of customer service at Smart Cuts. I had visited this Smart Cuts location several times since it opened for business, but today was different. I did however get superior service at Great Clips, and they even accepted my coupon for a $ 6.99 haircut that I had planned to use at Smart Cuts. So I guess I will visit Great Clips from now on, since Great Clips VALUES customers and greets people when they enter the front door !



After all, customers are the reason you are open for business, Smart Cuts.
