This place is horrible. So many issues were and are still being swept under the rug. Most employees here could care less about the residents. Sure there are 2 or 3 but they end up quitting because they want no part in what goes on. The nursing staff are so short staffed that rarely the residents get changed, Their response time to emergencies are laughable, the people higher up are more concerned with saving money than making sure the residents are taken care of. I would not trust this facility to take care of a dog, much less a human being. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

place is understaffed and what staff they do have is only there for a pay check. There were a couple that were caring but for the most part this place is horrible. My father in law was there and he never had water in his water pitcher which was probably a good thing since they never cleaned the water pitchers. He ended up going to the hospital and we found out there that he was severely dehydrated. No surprise there. The only reason this place is still in business is because they take the residents that every other facility refuses. They had one employee that went out of his way to help us but he was extremely over worked since he was the only one in their transport department. I was suprised to find out that they fired him when he told them that he could no longer work 6 days a week and needed help. I would not suggest this place to anyone needing help or apparently, anyone needing a job.
