I was disappointed in this store. I have been in many surrounding JoAnn's and this store was very cluttered and disorganized. There was only 1 employee that was working the floor and no one was at the checkout registers for a long while. I ended up leaving without purchasing the many items in my cart because I had to leave for a appointment. Asheville or Hickory will be my choice next time.
