This office has the WORST customer service I have ever seen and I have been in the customer service business for 30 years!!!! NOT once will they tell you the ONLY insurance they take is Delta even when you give the front office your insurance card.I DO NOT recommend this practice for any one. Sad thing is I was referred to them by a close friend and was HIGHLY disappointed. If you go in due to their negligence they "code" it as something TOTALLY different then turn around and charge your insurance and expect you to pay the difference of the balance. PLEASE do not go here

Rick Hensley saved my teeth!!!! He is the type of person you will either love or hate. His laid back personality was a major plus in helping me relax during my root canal. I hate going to a Dentist, but all that changed when I met Rick! I drive over an hour, each way just to keep him as a Dentist!! My husband and our kids are also patients of his. As for his personal life, that's none of my business. I would recommend Rick to anyone in need of a good dentist. He has already done two root canals and I've had NO problems. Thanks Rick for all you have done to help my teeth better!!

Rick Hensley is an awful dentist. He took 6 hours to do a root canal gave me so much Novocaine my heart raced for days! The crown did not go to the gum line at his insistence and has caused a horrible infection from food getting inside it. He told me he would never get a crown that went to the gum line ever for safety reasons...What??? He told me after my complaint he did not need me as a patient he could pick and choose his patients due to the lack of dentist in Burke Co. He further went on to say he was the best in this area he grew up here and had connections here. Then he said "you are dismissed"!! Arrogant insensitive god complex person!! Go at your own Risk!! Plus he was accused of assaulting his wife!
