this is the last time dealing with ez I had the truck for 3 months and in shop every month every cost me ins. no good I was told its yours try to have better luck they no help after sale I wwill not be back so far out of pocket 2000.00 plus payments trade in watch your step with them

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from EZWay again. I've had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it there. It had been wrecked(I had no prior knowledge of this), the windshield is about ready to fall out, the transmission has problems, check engine light stays on, etc! Still...no help!!! DEFINITELY do not recommend them to anyone!!!

filled out an online application through there web site and was contacted 15 mins later by Heather, she was very helpful and assured me i was pre-approved even though my credit was not in the best shape, so we set up an appointment for 2 oclock the next day at there Morganton dealership and the staff there was super friendly and i actually drove away in the truck i wanted which has never happened at any other dealership ive been too, So that said i highly recommend E Z way auto sales for your next vehicle purchase!!

I live in Asheville NC. I had tried a couple of dealerships in my area and had no luck. I filled out an on line app, and had someone call back first thing the next morning. I was a bit worried about driving to Morganton an getting turned away again, but the sales rep I spoke with made me feel like it was promising. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpfull. These guys do what they can to make a deal with you and not break it. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

I got preapproved online first which I was very excited about and then I got a call from one of the representatives regarding my request online. They told me to make an appointment and they would guarantee me a vehicle once I got there. I put down $800 which was all i had and they worked with me and put me ina very nice 2000 Buick LeSabre of my choice. They even give me the choice of breaking my monthly payments up into two, instead of just paying in full once a month. The process was very easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. After months of looking at other dealers in the area, my wife and I decided to go to E-Z Way Auto Sales in Morganton. I got a pre-approval online first, just to be sure that we would not be wasting our time as was the case in the past. We went in for our appointment and although it took longer than expected, we did get a great deal. They took our car as a trade and allowed us $3000 on it. We drove off in a newer car with ALOT less miles and a warranty and a great price. We were seriously impressed with our salesman and the finance team!

after filling out an application on there website. i had received a call an was told that my application looked good and all i needed was 500 dollars down. sounding to good to be true i had my husband call and made sure of this, agian he was assured that i was approved. due to bad credit and needing a car desperately and fast i sold what piece of car i had for the 500 down payment. i had a friend drive two and half hours to get there, they told me that i was not approved and that if i wanted a car i would at least have to put a 25% discount after telling me on the phone i was approved for 500 down. i talked to the manager and told them that i had been assured that i would only have to pay 500 they still did not help me out in any way.
