they said they would leave the keys at the front counter when they were done since I had an appt across the street while they were washing my car. After 2 hours (when I was done) I went into the cashier area to be told they never gave her they keys. They were still inside the car. I just drove off. The thing that I do not like was no one stopped me. I just hopped into my car and took off, just like any other person could have done to my car. My car wash took all of about 15-20 minutes, so for over 1 1/2 hours, it was just sitting there mind you WITH THE DOOR OPEN. I believe they do good work, but this lack of attention made them lose a customer. The cars that come through there are not cheap cars by any means. They need to take care of other people's property like it was their own.

A little expensive, but really good gifts in you're trying to be creative.
