      DO NOT GO TO MASTERCUT IN MORENO VALLEY FOR HIGHLIGHTS!!!! They do a very very very bad job and they over charge you. I went in for highlights and color and they charge me $129.00. I had hair dye on my forehead and my shirt and the highlights didn't even show!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO MASTERCUT'S IN MORENO VALLEY AT ALL. I know that i would never go there ever again. I had the worst experience ever!!
