Yes very timely service. Information was appropriate. My vehicle was washed very well! Most important, Jon Pena who helped me over the phone this time, but has helped me personally in the past, is honest, genuine, and made me confident in leaving my vehicle there. He does not have the "typical salesman approach" that makes everyone feel like you have to keep your guard up. Personalities like his will keep me coming back.

Have to say that I have a new out look on car dealerships. Instead of the high pressure sales pitch, they listened to what was needed and found me the exact car that would meet all of our needs and then some.
