BEWARE!!! They just ruined a $200 cal king quilted bedspread. Tag said machine wash and this was pointed out to them when brought in. They dry cleaned anyway and now it's ruined. And I still had to pay $35.

My family has been customers of this cleaning establishment for years, and years, and years. Until today.



As of today, we will no longer patronize this establishment. They lost an essential accessory to an expensive dress and claim they have no responsibility. If a piece of clothing walks into the store with a belt or sash and leaves without it, who is responsible?



My dress and sash (hanging from the side belt loop) went in for cleaning. The dress came home without the sash. I retiurned to the store and looked at the video of it being dropped off and there is no way to see the sash or not as it is the same navy blue matieral as the dress and it was hanging on the side. Without the sash, the dress does not fit properly.



To save this dress, I now have to take it to a fabric store, and maybe, just maybe, they will have fabric in the same dye lot as the drsss and I can spend a ridiculous amount of money having a tailor make a new one. Maybe there is the same dye lot.



No attempt was made to look for it in the store by the owner. As customers for probably a decade or more, thos minimal courtesy was expected. But no. No effort to locate the sash was made. As customers for this long, why would I make it up? Where else could the sash possibly be? Why would I say it was there when it wasn't? There is absolutely no motive for me to say it was with the dress when it wasn't so why didn't they at least look for it? Professionalsim and customer service is what sets one business from another. This business has serious professional and customer service problems.



The lack of professionalism and quality control is stunning. If you go to this cleaners, I suggest you put a big, fat safety pin on the sash or belt or other accessorie that needs cleaning and say outloud for the camera "there is a sash/belt here!!!"



They loose important articles of clothing without a care in the world. Why would they care? It is not their's! And now, neither is my business.
