We had our central heating unit go out just a couple of days before the polar vortex that hit Eastern Kentucky in January of 2019. Understanding our immediate need, Mr. Bowman made room in his schedule and was able to get our heat up and running before the cold snap hit us. Mr. Bowman could have easily taken advantage of our situation, but charged us fairly and was even significantly less than what I had expected to pay.
