Our experience with this business is the worst I can imagine. From the time we walked in the door, the woman working there acted as if she was pained by having to even have a customer walk in. Getting information was impossible, and we were left waiting while she attempted to “find” prices. It took her forever, she seemed unfamiliar and unwilling to help at all. Once we decided on a selection, they never got in touch with us, and we called multiple times without response. Nothing but excuses and incompetence.
I cannot imagine how they can stay in business when they do not understand working with the public, have a working knowledge of the products they sell, do not follow through with anything or have even the slightest common sense.
What a huge disappointment and waste of our time!
