We are the first Carteret County restaurant to have a juice and smoothie bar preparing made to order Smoothies from only the freshest ingredients. We are truly a people and planet friendly place of business! The Fruit Bowl & Breakfast Bar provides a new healthy venue for breakfast, lunch, meetings, banquets, catering, and takeout. While you're here, enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie or fresh squeezed juice and the friendly local atmosphere. Offering simple, tasteful menu items that you will love.
