This place is horrible. The owner is rude and he is not approachable. His attitude makes me wonder how people can own a shop and have terrible customer service. Every good post is apparently someone who he knows

Terrible service. Changed out an engine and the engine light stays on! Had to buy parts myself and try to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. I spent LOTS of $$ on the engine swap and the car still has engine problems - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I've found my new auto repair place! Having just moved here a year and a half ago, I've had horrible experiences from 2 other car repair places already. This place found what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car, showed it to me, then proceeded to fix it, along with a couple of other small issues that I had brought to their attention. Then, once they inspected the car, and let me know that it needed 2 tires to pass, they could've tried to do a hard-sell on me to buy their tires, but they didn't. I did end up buying their tires, though, because a) they were a terrific price, and b) the folks didn't try to squeeze all the money out of me they could, the way most other places have done to me. My car will need new brakes in a couple of months, and this is the place I'll be taking it.

Wayne and Sonya Lewis are friendly, honest, and most helpful. Not only do they do my preventive maintenance, but the do the repairs for my vehicles. They do great work at a reasonable price. I took my son's GMC Yukon in to them to have an oil leak fixed. They replaced the rear seal, oil pan gasket, and replaced the seals for the transmission and transfer case while they had it all a part as a preventative measure. This all was done for less that the other quotes I had received from other repair shops jst to replace the rear seal. Oh year, I drove the car from Raleigh, my sone is at N.C. State, to Beachview II im Morehead CIty to have them fix it. I recommend them highly. They have always done right by me and my family. Truly the old time service with a smile, wanting the customer to be happy with their work. What more could you ask for?

Very good folks doing very good work. I have known them for fifteen years. They have done a lot of excellent work for me over all those years. I highly recommend them.

I believe they did shotty work replacing the head gasket on my girlfriend's Suzuki Frenza and she's somehow related to the owners. Head still has an oil leak. It's been taken back several times. Now the Belt tensioner has come loose. Poor work.

In the past week I've spent about $840 at Beachview II and I couldn't be more satisfied. I took my car in that was suffering from a minor coolant leak, they quoted and performed the water pump swap cheaper than two other shops I called. Sonia was so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable, I was immediately put at ease. Beachview II is what you want from an auto shop; locally owned and extremely reliable. Based on this initial experience, I decided to take my truck in for a safety inspection after an unpleasant experience at another local shop. They performed the inspection and corrected the exhaust problem extremely fast. Using their connections within the community they found better parts for cheaper. As a military member who is constantly out to sea with an unreliable schedule, being able to trust my vehicles to Beachview II and have the peace of mind that the job is being done right in priceless. I had a referral to this shop by trusted friends. Beach view is a very competant, and capable shop for your auto repairs.They are very fair and. Honest. The facility is clean, and the people are very professional. They a fixed broken cable that regulated my air conditioner or heater.Also did regular maintenance for me. I will be a returning customer.

We were on vacation and the fuel pump went out on our vehicle and would not start. Called Beachview II after finding their ad in the yellow pages. Asked if they could tow it in and find the cause as to why it wouldn't start. Jorge came with a rollback and gave a few ideas as to why the vehicle would not start. He was friendly and knowledgable. Later the same day, they called and stated what the problem was and gave us a detailed description of the cost of parts and labor. They really saved us some money. We could not have picked a better place to call. The vehicle was fixed and ready for us to pick up the next day before lunch. We were able to enjoy the rest of our family vaction thanks to these wonderful people at Beachview II. What seemed to be a disaster, turned into a minor setback. I can not thank them enough. I would not hesitate to call them again if I'm in the area and have trouble with my vehicle.

In the past year I have had 2 dealings with Beach View II. Both have been extremely pleasant. The staff is pleasant and continually went above and beyond to assist me with my repair needs. Each time I have delivered by car to them, they have found ways to save me money. Repairs were completed right for a great price and I will continue to use them for my auto repair needs. Beachview II has provided great customer service for many years. I take my car to them for everything because I know that they are so knowledgable and honest.

We have been doing business with Beachview for over 15 years. With 5 cars in our family we are constantly needing tires, oil changes and inspections. They are a pleasure to work with and the prices are always reasonable. We have a Lexus that even Johnson Lexus in Raleigh could not repair...but Beachview was able to get the job done..! In emergency situations..flat tire at home, etc., all you have to do is call them! They are willing to go the "extra mile" for senior citizens, too.! I went to this place and asked for a break job for $70.00 with an oil change. After looking at the car, they told me i needed new rotars, and i told them to turn the old one and it worked. They charged me $40.00 to turn them. Icalled the part store to see how much the break pads cost $24.95 and they charged me $78.00 for the same pads. My bill was $239.38 when it should have been about $150.00 so dont go there because I was over charged about $88.00.

Tried to have them put a new universal catalytic converter that they ordered on my 2002 chevy. The next day thay said that thay were not comfortable putting it on the car. Needless to say I had to take it to a different location. so now what should of been a 2 hour job is going on its third day.
