Job Adkins did an excellent presentation of the Kirby vacuum. He took the time to demonstrate how to operate the Kirby and guided us through the steps until we felt comfortable operating the Kirby by ourselves. He was very professional, friendly, and patient. He answered ALL of our questions,

I was very impressed with both Brittany and Mr. Young. I had a Rainbow vacuum cleaner (older model) and a Dirt Devil. One thing that I wanted to have them clean was an area rug. I actually used both vacuum cleaners on the rug before they got to my house. So when they started the demo on my rug, I was convinced it would be fairly clean. Well to my surprise the demo filter was filthy. Since I had just vacuumed the rug, I was very surprised at the amount of dirt that was picked up by the Kirby. They also shampooed the rug and it looked almost new. After a few more demos on what the Kirby could do there was no doubt that the Kirby was a very good vacuum cleaner. I wasn’t really sure at first if I could afford the payments at this time. Brittany was very patience in looking at several different options with us and we were finally able to agree on the price and payment terms. Thank you, Brittany, for working with us.
